Entry 39: Game Changer

They say the healing process begins with a change in scenery.

Well, I'm not sure who says that, but it sounds prolific enough for me.

This week's goal for myself was to rearrange (clean) my living space so I could mentally and physically work on projects with ease. So after moving things around in my logical manner, I now have a setup that I am quite pleased with.

Because I am a slim individual, I enjoy working in an enclosed space that some may find restrictive or claustrophobic. So in this scenario, I set up my TV as a second monitor. Talk about overkill, but at least it kills two stones with one bird.

Fun fact, those are N64 cartridges under the TV, and the yellow one is DK64, an unbeatable game.

I am still working on what goes on my desk space, most likely books and sketchbooks. It's looking kind of barren at the moment, but hopefully I can use it to establish the beginnings of artwork.

Seriously, that RC helicopter has held its charge for months!

And lastly, I have amassed a collection of personal artwork as well as some from colleagues and friends. It may looks sporadic, but there is order in it!

It's like a game of iSpy.

In closing, my new setup will help me break my relaxing habit and engage myself in productive endeavors.

That's the plan . . .
