Entry 181: Body
My body has its own objectives, it may seem.
For as long as I could remember, I've always been a light sleeper. Not entirely certain how the sleep cycle works, but I remember waking up seconds before my parents would knock on my bedroom door to wake me up for school. Or even waking up minutes before the alarm; it was the worst.
Food has also been a hassle, in my opinion, and partly one of the reasons why I stay thin to this day. As a kid, I remember not liking the texture of fat on steak and how I'd want to discard it after dinner, yet this only made my dad upset for wasting good food. After all, I only eat to live.
I remember doing jumping jacks in elementary school and how my sides would hurt, but only to be dismissed for not exercising enough to begin with. Just like a job that requires experience when you have none.
Nowadays I've succumb to my tiredness and I now sleep when my body is tired and wake when it wants to do so. Woke up at noon, 10am, and now 6am, just because my body would rather sleep 7 hours then wait for an alarm clock.
Enough of my complaints thus far, entry logged, drinking water.
